FAQs

  • When do payments come out?

    Payments are taken immediately upon subscribing through the financial details you provided at checkout. They renew automatically each quarter/year depending on the package you have chosen.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Once your subscription is cancelled, no further payments will be taken, but you will continue to have access to all the premium content until the period of the subscription you had paid for comes to an end. We do not offer refunds on cancelled subscriptions.

  • Can I pause my subscription?

    Yes, you can and you are free to resume it again at any time. No payments will be taken until you have resumed and you will still benefit from the access you have already paid for as the pause only takes effect from the end of the billing period and before the next subscription fee is taken.

  • Do you do Corporate subscriptions?

    Yes, if you have colleagues who would benefit from accessing our content, we also offer Corporate subscription packages. Discounted rates are available for teams, so please feel free to recruit your workmates and save some money. You can get in touch with [email protected] today to discuss options.

  • Can I pay for Corporate subscriptions by invoice?

    Yes, we offer both online payments via credit or debit card and offline payments via invoice. Following a successful online payment access to our content will be granted immediately, whilst with an offline payment, the account(s) will be provided access and then you will have 14 days to settle the invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid after 14 days, access will be halted until payment has been made.
