Ben Marshall is a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, where he focuses on adaptive leadership. He previously served as an advisor to the UK Government, working on transport emission reduction, government-to-government infrastructure partnerships, and leading the launch of a new unit to support the NHS internationally. He has also worked as an organisational design and strategy consultant in the UK and US. Ben holds a master’s in Public Administration from Harvard and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
